Aaron Wolfe Scheffler

Associate Professor in Residence

I develop Bayesian and functional-data methods for disease progression, multimodal neuroimaging, and high-dimensional structured regression, and serve as a core statistician for several centers at the UCSF Memory and Aging Center.

Interested in joining? I am glad to hear from prospective PhD students in the UCSF Epidemiology & Biostatistics program, from postdoctoral candidates with a background in Bayesian methods or functional data analysis, and from clinical collaborators with structured data problems. Email me at aaron.scheffler@ucsf.edu with a short note and your CV.
